What are the estimated timelines for shipping?
Estimated timelines for shipping depend on the method you select.
Domestic (Within Canada):
Regular Post (FREE SHIPPING): Approx. 9 business days (tracking not included)
Xpress Post: 4-6 Business days (this option comes with tracking #)
To USA:
Chit Chats (FREE SHIPPING): 5-7 business days (tracking not included)
Chit Chats Express: 3-5 business Days (this option comes with Tracking #)
International (Everywhere Else)

Please note that these are estimations, and package delivery timelines may be affected by weather, time of year (Christmas), and/or customs delays. Once the package is mailed, we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur.
Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
I generally do not accept returns or exchanges, but if you are truly unhappy with your product, I would like to help you in any way I can. Please contact me through Etsy conversations, and I'll do my very best to find a solution that works. If a refund is negotiated, the kit must be returned to me prior to issuing the refund. The cost of shipping would be as the purchasers expense.
My kit was damaged in the mail, what do I do?
I ensure that your package is wrapped properly prior mailing. Diana Watters Handmade cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur while the package is in transit. That being said, I'm here to help! Contact me and we can talk about it.
There's a problem with my kit, help!
If for any reason there is a problem with your kit contents,
(ie. missing thread or needle, or a problem with the pattern), just get in touch with me, and we'll work it out together!
I am a one lady show, and little mistakes are bound to happen :)
Lost or Stolen packages
Diana Watters Handmade is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages.
Wrong Address attached to orders
We commit to shipping your product in a timely fashion, to the address provided. We will not be able to replace orders if you have provided an incorrect address with your order, and have not notified us of an address change prior to shipping.
